王燕 副教授

食品科学与工程学科（工学）副教授，硕士生导师，四川省农业农村厅农业项目评审专家，四川省科技厅项目评审专家，乐山市市中区行政审批局项目评审专家，四川省食品协会会员。从事食品及农产品加工领域科研、教学及地方服务工作近20年。获得市科技进步奖1项，乐山政府发文科技论文特等奖1项。主持或参与省级、市厅级及横向科研项目16项，近五年主持项目经费总计超过160万元。获发明专利2项，实用新型专利5项。发表SCI论文及核心期刊论文30余篇，近五年，第一作者发表中科院分区1区top期刊SCI论文4篇，IF总计34分。主要论文如下：
