
食品科学与工程学科(工学)副教授,硕士生导师,四川省农业农村厅农业项目评审专家,四川省科技厅项目评审专家,乐山市市中区行政审批局项目评审专家,四川省食品协会会员。从事食品及农产品加工领域科研、教学及地方服务工作近20年。获得市科技进步奖1项,乐山政府发文科技论文特等奖1项。主持或参与省级、市厅级及横向科研项目16项,近五年主持项目经费总计超过160万元。获发明专利2项,实用新型专利5项。发表SCI论文及核心期刊论文30余篇,近五年,第一作者发表中科院分区1区top期刊SCI论文4篇,IF总计34分。主要论文如下:
